is your responsibility to read and understand all policies

| Thank
you for checking out my Ebay auction. All used LEGO® bricks
are washed and inspected for flaws and damage. Used LEGO®
sets are also washed and inspected. When a piece is damaged
it is replaced when possible. |
| I
use the following rating system for used LEGO® bricks. |

Excellent condition |
Pieces
have come straight out of a store-bought package. |
| •
Great condition |
Pieces
are used but look straight out of the package. |
| •
Good condition |
Pieces
are used and show gentle playwear: light scratching |
| •
Okay condition |
Pieces
are used and show a medium level of playwear; scratches
and occasional chips |
| •
Heavy Playwear |
Pieces
are heavily scratched or chipped. All Heavy playwear
auctions have Heavy Playwear in the first line of the
description. |

| Please
refer back to your auction to see what rating the pieces have
been given. |
| I
do not sell trash pieces in my auctions. The trash goes where
it belongs. Next to the Mega-Blocks in the trash. |
| Shipping

Please
take care to read my shipping policies carefully and
in full before bidding. |

Paypal
is strongly preferred over other forms of payment. |

The
only other type of payment I accept is a money order.
Please e-mail me immediately after winning my auction
if you do not have paypal. |

Payment
should be sent withing 7 days of the end of auction. |

There
is a $2.50 minimum shipping/handling
charge for every order. |

Handling
charge covers packaging and fees. I
pack shipments very well with bubble wrap and padded
envelops or boxes. |

Combined
Shipping: If you win more than one auction,
add $1.00 for each additional order. If you
pay before receiving an invoice you must add the additional
dollar per item yourself. |

Winning
bidder pays shipping as stated in auction description.
Insurance is extra, buyer pays for
insurance or waives any right to remedy
for lost or damaged shipments. I take great care to
package well. Insurance is not a shipping method
and must be paid in addition to the base shipping method. |

Sellers
are not responsible for service transit time. Transit
times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends
and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination,
particularly during peak periods. |

I
do ship quickly as I live in a small town and own the
building that the post office rents! |
| • |
If
you are not sure what to pay, please request a total
or wait for an invoice. If you win more than one of
my auctions you must combine the shipping yourself by
adding $1.00 per item in your invoice when you checkout.
If you fail to do this, you will receive another invoice
for the remainder and the item will not be shipped until
full payment is received. |

Please
take care to pay the correct amount. I prefer you wait
for an invoice or request a total if you are at all
unsure of what to pay. |

likes to get positive feedback. No one likes negative feedback.
So, I ask that you go through the following steps if you are
not happy with your auction: |

contact me immediately and give me a chance to correct
the mistake |

Please
do not leave negative feedback until I have had a chance
to address your concerns. The feedback system is meant
to warn others about dishonest people, not punish people
for making simple mistakes. |

If
a return must be made, the buyer agrees to pay for return
shipping. |
| • |
Please
read every auction description carefully before bidding
and double-check it once you receive the product if
you get something you didn't expect. I try to describe
the auction as accurately as possible and as honest
as possible and go to great lengths to ship items safely.
